EU-U.S. Privacy Shield
River Logic, Inc. (and its parent/subsidiary company(ies), such as River Logic Limited, participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. River Logic, Inc. is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. River Logic, Inc. is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. River Logic, Inc. complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, River Logic, Inc. is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, River Logic, Inc. may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
Dispute Resolution
These TERMS OF USE and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Texas.
What information do we gather?
Information on the Websites is gathered in two ways:

Information Related to Data Collected through the River Logic Platform
As part of River Logic’s services, clients may load data into River Logic’s servers. River Logic will not share or distribute any such client data except as provided in the contractual agreement between River Logic and client, or as may be required by law. How do we use this information?
We analyze it to determine what is most effective about our websites, to help us identify ways to improve them, and eventually to determine how we can tailor the Websites to make them more effective. We may also use data for other purposes, which we would describe to you at the point we collect the information.
Will we share this with outside parties?
As a global organization, data we collect may be transferred internationally throughout River Logic’s worldwide organization. We may share your information with service providers such as our hosting, email service, analytics, customer service, event, or campaign management providers. What about sensitive personal data?
We do not generally seek to collect sensitive personal data through the websites. If we do seek to collect such data, we will ask you to consent to our proposed uses of the data. We may also collect some sensitive personal data incidentally. By providing us with unsolicited sensitive personal data, you consent to our using the data subject to applicable law as described in this Policy. The references to

Do we give you access to your information?
You are entitled to know whether we hold information about you and, if we do, to have access to that information and require it to be corrected if it is inaccurate. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete/remove, or deactivate it by contacting us. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the personal information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will respond to your request to access within 30 business days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
What about data security?
We take appropriate steps to maintain the security of your data on the Websites and follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and

Testimonials
We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, please contact us.

Our websites offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
